About 50 per cent of women under the age of 38 who have IVF treatment at We Care become pregnant on their first cycle. This is double the chance that nature provides. After two cycles, the chances of pregnancy increase to over 70 per cent, and to 90 per cent after three cycles. Women of 38 years and over unfortunately experience lower success rates due to the significant decline in fertility and response to treatment that occurs in latter years. However, many of these women still achieve pregnancy with the likelihood ranging from 35% after one cycle to 70% after three cycles.
